2018 A Year to Be Forgotten Or Is It?

2018 hasn’t been a good year for me. I lost my mother in January and I lost my youngest brother to ALS in July. My sister and remaining brother are feuding and my 87year old father is now living alone 5 hours away from me.

On the plus side, my granddaughter just started Pre-K and loves it.  My niece came to Huntington to go to my Alma Mater, Marshall University.

But when I look at the pluses and minuses I’m sad.  But I have a wonderful husband that still thinks I’m pretty and still loves me after 43 years of marriage. I have a handsome son, beautiful daughter-in-law and two of the greatest grands a Nana could ever want.  I go to a lovely church with wonderful Christians who love the Lord and God is on my side.

With all that I count myself as so very blessed.

Now I think I’ll post the pictures of my little daily Bible verse journal for August.  Nothing very special to it.

Thanks for stopping by,
Pam~
