Pocket Letter Crafting Weekend

I made 3 pocket letters this weekend.  It was a great crafting time.  Here are my pocket letters made for 3 different events on Pocket Letter Pals.

Prayer Partners

I also made several packets for other pocket letters by cutting a bunch of 12 x 12 papers down to 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 cards to fit the pockets.  Then I made several little tiny notebooks to fit in the pockets.  Here is a close up of one of them.

Next is the pocket letter I made for the Sunflower event.
This is probably one of my favorites that I've made so far.

Next is the "Dress for Success" event.  This one turned out pretty cute too.

Thanks for stopping by.

Bible Art Journaling update

I have been working in my journaling Bible recently so thought I might share some of that art with you.

And I sewed a little toddler dress for my granddaughter.  Here she is modeling it.  It is a 3T t-shirt to which I sewed a skirt.  It turned out very cute don't you think?

Thanks for stopping.

Catching Up

I have been so busy I haven't had a chance to post anything for a week or so.  So here is a little catch up post.

Here is the pocket letter that I made for Barbara Fridle.   She was my swap partner for the Christian themed swap for His Kingdom Come for June.  I posted the pocket letter that I received from her last post.

Next is the pocket letter I made for my Butterfly swap for Pocket Letter Pals.  It turned out so cute.

And lastly, here are some pictures of my journal that I am using for a study from Ephesians that I am working through from Stone Soup for Five.  Wonderful study.  I am really learning so much as well as enjoying illustrating in my journal.

That's it for today.  Have a wonderful and blessed day.
Thanks for stopping.

POCKET LETTERS

I received my first ever pocket letter yesterday from Barbara Fridie.  So lovely.  It is a Christian themed pocket letter.  We hooked up when I signed up for the June swap on His Kingdom Come.

When I opened the envelope I found this pretty little package.  So cute with tickets with my initials and beautifully rapped in a pretty napkin.
After unwrapping here is the front of the pocket letter.

and the back.

I love it.

Now to finish up the pocket letter for Barbara.
Thanks for stopping by.
